Obi, Kwankwaso Meet NDC Leadership After ADC Exit

Former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi and former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso have arrived at the residence of Seriake Dickson, national leader of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), for high-level political talks.

The meeting, currently being held behind closed doors, is seen as part of ongoing efforts to finalise a potential political realignment ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The development comes shortly after Obi announced his resignation from the African Democratic Congress (ADC), citing internal crisis and legal challenges within the party.

Sources indicate that discussions with the NDC leadership may shape the next phase of political alliances, as key opposition figures explore new platforms and strategies in the evolving political landscape.
