Trump Reportedly Considers Clemency For Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

US President Donald Trump is reportedly weighing a clemency request for music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs as part of a broader round of pardons and clemency measures under consideration by the White House.

According to reports by CBS News, Trump is expected to grant pardons to several individuals convicted of emissions and clean air-related offences, while also reviewing clemency applications involving Combs and other high-profile figures. The president is said to be consulting advisers before making a final decision.

Among those also reportedly seeking presidential clemency is Pras Michel, who is serving a federal prison sentence following his conviction over an illegal foreign lobbying scheme linked to Malaysian financier Jho Low.

Combs stood trial in 2025 over allegations that he abused and coerced three alleged victims, including his former partner, Cassie Ventura. He also faced charges including kidnapping, arson and blackmail.

A jury in New York found Combs guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted him of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.

The founder of Bad Boy Records has also been named in multiple civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse involving more than 100 men and women.

Combs was arrested in Manhattan in September 2024 following an indictment by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.

Although Trump reportedly ruled out granting Combs clemency earlier this year after receiving a request from the rapper’s legal team, recent reports indicate the matter is once again under active consideration by the White House.
